Sleeping Rooms in the Office

Sleeping in the office is usually prohibited. However, recent medical research has shown that short naps can actually improve alertness, mental performance and mood, thereby increasing productivity. Many companies have come to realize this fact, and have built sleeping rooms for their staff. These rooms have cosy beds, soft pipe-in music, and soft lighting so the staff can rest comfortably. If you want your staff to be more productive, then setting up a sleeping room is a good idea. It also gives you a reputation of having an employee-friendly business. However, rules must be set so that no one shall oversleep. They must be closed during work hours and open only during break times.
